Worst Customer Service - Non existant - This was my fourth Creative player that I have purchased, 2 - Muvo 256 kb, Vision M and now this Zen 4gb. This will be the last not because of the product functionality but the frustrating lack of customer service support for issues. I charged the battery for 6 plus hours before loading as per instructions and found the battery only lasting 2-3 hours just listening to audiobooks, no videos. OK, I tried calling Support and found the only way to contact Creative is through a convoluted knowledge base and finally an email. After a frustrating barrage of emails sending me to redundant knowledge base documents and finally a firmware upgrade and reset. The battery life has not improved and an RMA link was issued. Instead of providing a completed RMA to me, I was sent to a link to manually create the RMA with the same information that I had entered before.I like the product but will not put up with the lack of support again.
Zen Mp3 quality - This is my second purchase of a Zen mp3, but, as a present for my sis. I have been very pleased with the sound quality and innovative features of the player, including the memory card feature, which allows me to expand memory as well as have easily changeable files, depending on my entertainment needs. I m not so sure what all the hype is about regarding the I Pod Nano 4 (as a comparison), as I found the sound quality and features no more spectacular than the Zen s.Ok... I admit that the Zen is not as stylish or as sleek as the I Pod, but, I do think that I saved a good chunk of money investing in the solidly made Creative Zen product. So... I would give a resounding thumbs up to my Zen/s purchase!

Super! - Super player for the dollars...why pay more?! Pictures, videos and your music. Nice looking device. Easy to use.
Wow! - This product works great! I have never owned an MP3 player and this has everything you could want for less money. The large display screen is awesome. I would definetly recommend this for anyone wanting a great product at a reasonable price.
